Is Your Pet’s Health a Reflection of Your Own?

Do you know someone who feeds their pet table scraps mainly comprising what they eat – refined carbohydrates? Are you one of Primal Power Method Pet Healththose people? I have witnessed this several times and the poor pet usually resembles a bowling ball and is on every medication that the veterinarian has in their medicine bag.

Interestingly, pets that are fed our (often unhealthy) table scraps often suffer from asthma, allergies, hypertension, poor eyesight and fatigue. Do some of these conditions sound familiar? Stick to that New Year’s Resolution and Lose Weight

For many of us the New Year means starting or getting back on track in our health and fitness goals. I spend this part of the year Primal Power Method and Getting Slim in the New Yearnavigating my newly packed gym, that was nice and quiet just the month before, now stuffed with people fighting the bulge. They have all the latest and greatest exercise gear and gizmos at the ready. Unfortunately the things they need for success cannot be bought at the Nike store or found in the latest Kim Kardashian article about how she really lost those extra 10 pounds…….yet again.

Thankfully, I do not have to wait long for my nice quiet gym atmosphere to return, as most of these newbies are no where to be found around the first week of February. Are you one of those people?
