  1. Gary,
The health thing is really big. I did cut out sugar and carbs. I don’t have any of the issues of people half my age. My siblings who think I’m crazy all have serious health issues. I did have one bad habit, which I am paying for, and that was smoking. I still use nicotine but not into my lungs, which are now stable. I have emphysema, but I’m not using the medications they want me to use, at least not yet. I got myself off oxygen and I am back at work. I keep it in my head that the body is amazing, it heals itself it’s designed to heal, it will heal. I may never have the lung power I had at 25, but I really believe I can heal them a lot more than the medications they want me to take will.
I started this comment because I am a timid writer, I want to write but I’ve been afraid, and I find that when I do get into writing I will keep going without paying attention to what my body needs like food and exercise.
    Thanks for this podcast

    1. Hey Evelyn,
As I preach health is the key, unfortunately most people in this country just are not getting it. But that doesn’t mean I will give up I will keep preaching health is the key to a happy, simple life until the day I die. Keep up the good work, and you are leading by example your siblings see it I’m sure, but it is easier to mock and be negative than to change you health. Gary
