* All ingredients should be organic if possible
3 Medium zucchini
1 Cup graded Parmesan cheese
2 Organic cloves of garlic minced
1 tbsp dried basil
1/2 tsp ground pepper
Preheat oven at 425 F, 218 C.
Wash and rinse zucchini. Chop both ends off and cut down the center of each shaft. Try to cut zucchini so that they will lay flat and leveled. Place the sticks on a baking sheet.
Mix all toppings in a bowl. Sprinkle toppings on zucchini liberally.
Bake for 20 minutes or until toppings have started to brown.
Once baked fully, let the zucchini sticks stand for 2 minutes before eating.
Incredible side dish for a fire grilled free range steak.
