The Simple Life Grilled stuffed flank steak on a bed of kale salted chips
1-2 pound flank steak.
1 cup goat cheese
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
2 cloves of garlic minced
1 bushel of kale
Pinch of Salt, pepper and garlic
Tenderize flank steak. Dry rub flank steak with pepper and sea salt. Mix the remaining ingredients together and spread across steak. Roll steak tightly. Tie steak together and grill till desired temperature.
Kale chips. Wash kale and dry it. Lightly dress with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic. Oven roast at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
